New horizontal map for local searches allows for more ad space
Last year we were lucky to be one of the first to spot and report Google’s new way of integrating maps into the search results. It looks as if more changes are on the way.
We have made a few screenshots of recent tests that Google has been running. The shape of the map has been modified to allow more space for ads. The layout of the local listings has also been rearranged.
